We started out in London in 2010, our hometown, before expanding to the USA, France, Italy, Australia and more. Today, we’re over 100 pairs of hands working together to redefine hospitality in the world’s most desirable destinations.
Amanda joined onefinestay in 2020 to grow the brand globally amongst HNW guests. She comes with 20 years experience as a Chartered Marketer, having worked with experiential brands in defining all elements of the customer experience, both on the client and consulting agency side with six years at British Airways and several years as CMO of Chic Retreats. Amanda invests in female founded start-ups and provides business mentorship through The Princes Trust. She holds a Management Sciences degree, from Warwick Business School, and a MSc in Professional Marketing.
David joined onefinestay in 2013 as a Senior Operations Executive. He spent his first year understanding and supporting the business through a hyper-growth stage. With his experience in project management and logistics, David progressed into different roles while finding efficiencies and cost controls. David prides himself on his leadership style and challenging the status quo to think outside the box. David is now the COO for Europe & Emerging Markets, joining onefinestay’s Management Committee at the start of 2022.
Dorothee joined onefinestay in 2022, previously working within the Accor Head Office as Group Strategic Project Director. She has 7 years experience as a Consultant & Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (both in Paris and London). She is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris and loves travelling, including a 6 month round the world trip 7 years ago.
Guillaume first worked for onefinestay as a Technical advisor to the New Businesses' CTO at Accor, and then joined onefinestay permanently in June 2018 as a Director of Engineering. He became Chief Technical Officer in August 2021. Guillaume is a graduate of ESIEE Paris and has more than 15 years of experience in tech / digital. Prior to joining onefinestay, Guillaume had several roles, starting as a developer, then becoming lead, architect, devops and tech expert, always dealing with small and bigger teams in various industries such as gaming, ads, and e-commerce.
Helen first worked with onefinestay in late 2016 as a consultant before joining permanently in 2017 as the Chief People & Culture Officer. With postgraduate qualifications in HR and Business from the University of Auckland, Helen has over 15 years experience in HR with the last 8 years at board level. Helen’s experience in HR and consulting spans across several industries, including Travel & Hospitality, Rail Construction & Engineering, Financial Services, Not-for-profit, Retail and Professional Services within the UK, Europe and internationally.
Michael joined onefinestay in 2022 as the COO for the Americas. He has over 28 years of hospitality, vacation rental, real estate, and travel and tourism experience. He is a growth-oriented professional with leadership skills at both the Vacation Rental franchise, property management, vendor and development sales and marketing level. As a thought leader, Michael provides industry expertise in the hospitality and vacation rental vertical focusing on outbound sales/owner acquisition, network growth, operations, and marketing plan development and execution. He is also the Co-Founder of Vacation Rental University (VRU), an online academy that educates, trains, and supports the VR industry and Michael has a passion for developing others as executive coach and mentor.
